Bill White 

President 

William “Bill” White is a seasoned construction executive with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments throughout Connecticut. He serves as President of Halyard Building Company, where he provides strategic and operational oversight across all phases of project delivery.

Prior to joining Halyard, Bill spent approximately two to three decades in senior leadership roles at A. Pappajohn Company, contributing to the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects across Fairfield County and beyond.

 

Known for his disciplined leadership and collaborative approach, Bill has built a reputation for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong commitment to quality.
